My soul sister gave this one to me when I was really in a dark place. This simple statement; shared in the spirit of love and encouragement, reminded me of who " I am" in the sight of God not man. " I am " light. " I am" indestructible. And the Great " I am " lives in me. Needless to say, this is now our mantra of sorts. So now, when darkness tries to creep into by soul I recite this and know that darkness and light cannot dwell together at the same time and I remember who " I am .' I choose to be the light , walk in the light and shine brightly for all to see!
