That putting off or ignoring difficult personal situations in the hope that they will resolve themselves is an invitation for the problems to grow unattended into 'great ones'. My journey includes learning to deal with problem situations early on instead of putting off confronted the situations and hoping they will resolve themselves.....learning that dealing with problems does not equal confrontations......
