Some people count troubles like worry beads endlessly. Letting go is so hard for them. They stagger about weighted down with things they wont let go of...... while they complain about them.
Worry and regret pull us away from the present moment and prevent us from enjoying all that we have -- which only exists right now, in this present moment. Thanks SilentRest, for this reminder not to be consumed by our thoughts of those things we cannot control.
