It's a short and simple phrase that reminds me to be grateful for the many blessings and takes the focus off the worry of what my family or I don't have...because really, we aren't lacking for much at all. Also, for me, keeping the focus on gratitude and counting my blessings is part of my repertoire on minizing stress and choosing happiness.
