For me imagining, dreaming, dancing, singing, storying, playing (and more) on purpose to make extraordinary changes in the ordinary world is shamanic shifting in FUN toward better and the best. (I write from my individual experience over many happy and happier years of living and adventuring life so far but I offer no 'scientific method' proof.) Also I find Lena and Jose Stevens to be fun helpful effective shamanic teachers.
