I would tell my younger self to hold back a little and watch how people are before giving her all.  That it is OK to keep a bit for herself too without feeling guilty about it.

Namaste Lauren, I would tell my younger self to slow down cause it will unfold as it should. Stop and smell the roses and above all love lots.
