What hacknsackman loves about this:
In the country of Spain, everyone who gets a driver's license is automatically made an organ donor. If they don't want to be an organ donor - they have to "opt out" of the program. Only about 30 - 40% of the people opt out. The bottom line is that Spain does not have a waiting list for people who need organs. The United States not only has a huge waiting list, but only about 1% of the population "opt in" to be an organ donor. How can we reverse this paradigm?

I agree with you in some ways and not in others.  Again, I think that the opt out option handles it.  If someone wants to opt out for whatever reason - they can.  And, in most states, the Driver's lic test is in many other languages.  There are goi...

I fully intend to work on this project myself.  It is my intention to spread the word as much as possible and I will be making a web site where people can sign a petition that can be sent to legislators both at the state and federal levels
