What tdonald loves about this:
I have learned through my life that when I get angry or upset or irrational about a situation that I am part of (or even sometimes situations that have nothing to do with me, but I project myself or my emotions into them) it leaves me drained and lacking the power or energy that I need to perform other critical tasks such as loving myself, being peaceful, loving my children/family/friends properly. I waste my power/energy when I allow myself to give negatively to situations that do not benefit or change for the better as a result. I am curious as to what others' experiences are with relinquishing power/energy? And more importantly what tools are used in order to ensure that you don't let yourself go down that road?
