What james loves about this:
When I was younger, I used to value impatience: fast-moving, don't-waste-my-time, get-stuff-done arrogance. Now I'm beginning to apprecitate the peace that comes with patience. Because impatience is the ego saying it's more important than reality, whereas patience is about acknowledging the truth of what is right now.

When I am in the company of a true friend, they can take away your fear and anxiety and give you the gift of peace and patience.

Music has also provided me this many times. It is something stable that is a familiar and comforting experience I can find harmony in
