I guess in the context of your quote, the receipient of the charity, provide the venue for the act. Provide an opportunity for good deeds.

This is virtue and virtue is its own reward.

Miracles by defination would mean an extraordinary event, over and above the ordinary, in answer to a need.

How would one know the said miracles is even  outside of that algorithmn ?
