I'm blessed to have been taught to discover love, laugh, debate, empathize, lend a hand, and in short believe that I can do wondrous things. As a mother, as a teacher, as a person, I hope I can help my three beautiful children and all of my students discover this. I love breath-catching laughter with my mother, sisters, and friends. I love watching my children treat others with kindness. I love building confidence in students who are on the verge quitting and then helping them attain those a-ha moments of understanding something that previously eluded them. I love that I still have my parents and want to soak up all of the time I have with them before they leave this world.
