I have discovered that the older I get the more beautiful and spiritually complete I feel. Not only does Wisdom come with age, so does Inner Peace and Completeness. That is if you open your heart, your soul and your mind not only to welcome what the Universe and this Earth has to offer but appreciate their gifts as well. My path in life has led me to be diagnosed with 2 syndromes- Insulin Resistant Syndrome and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Being forced to change my lifestyle has been a blessing for me. I feel happier, healthier, energetic and more peaceful than I have ever been. I feel alive and beautiful at 40.
