I recently decided to follow my heart & soul and pursue my love & passion of teaching Yoga as more of a full-time profession. I deeply believe that that is my Dharma, my purpose in life. My mission is simple and life long - to "pay it forward" in any way that I can, big or small, and help others have a better quality of life physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I look forward to seeing the ripple effect that this will have in connecting, unifying, and healing Mother Earth. And so it is! =)
