My joy in work is as a clinical hypnotherapist and life coach with a specialty in working with couples for childbirth and teach Hypnosis for Birth. I attend births as a birth doula.

Family is my center and my love. My husband and I live in the Seattle area. We are blessed to have 3 grandkids who live in the area.

I find inspiration in everyday things; children, nature, watching what birds and animals show up, rocks, just life.
